Tractors to lead Harvest procession

The procession of gifts at the 11.15am Harvest Service on 1 October will be led by two tractors. They will drive to the front of the Cathedral at the start of the service and will lead the procession of gifts which will cover all aspects of farming.  'This is a first for the Cathedral and we were concerned about getting the tractors in, but we had a rehearsal last week and it all ran smoothly' said Communications Manager, Clare Broome.

After the service, local refreshments will be served and there will be an opportunity to see the tractors up close.
